Patients opt in through the intake form in the practice's secure patient portal (accessed via smithcw.com). The text-message consent checkbox is unchecked by default — patients must actively check it themselves to receive messages.

2How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages from this program. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
