In short: your mobile number is used only to send you appointment-related text messages, and is never shared or sold to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

1What We Collect

When a patient opts in to text messaging through the intake form in our secure patient portal, we collect the mobile phone number they provide, along with their consent to receive appointment-related text messages.

2How We Use It

Your phone number is used solely to send you appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and practice updates related to your care at Smith Chiropractic & Wellness Center. It is not used for any other purpose.

3Sharing & Third Parties

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in status will never be shared or sold to third parties or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes, at any time. Text messages are delivered through our messaging provider (Twilio) solely to carry out the messaging described above — no data is passed to Twilio for any other purpose.

4Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also update your communication preferences directly in the patient portal. Message and data rates may apply.
